It was an important Premiere! On last October the 19th, in Campofilone - Valdaso, our friend Paolo De Carlonis, Dominus of Pastificio De Carlonis opened the doors of his Production House and made it possible, together with Roberto Ferretti and the Board of Agrituraso Marche, to share this important Day with other prestigious producers from The Marche Region, opinion leaders, representatives of local Institutions and Academies.
I have to express my gratitude, among others, to some of the most influent and devoted knights for the growing of a well balanced and virtous Tourism Model in the Marche Region.

Back to the Values Civic Association adopts the philosophy and the main guidelines of the Integrated Relational Tourism Model that was set up by Prof. Leonardo Urbani, Urban Planner in 1999, together with the solid contributions of Prof. Giovanni Ruggieri Economist and Prof. Fabio Naselli, Architect, Urban Planner, Researcher, among others academic.
The main value added of Back to the Values is to bring Integrated Relational Tourism in the fields. To be able to create a pulsing, everyday, network and to connect, worlwide, Hosts, Travellers and Tourists, with the obvious support and integration of local Producers, Public and Private Institutions, entrepeners and professionals in Tourism and in the Lodging Industry. Not to forget, the main pillar, the Inhabitants whose fundamental helps creates the bridge in between all mentioned elements of the matrix and keeps alive cultural identities, heritages, biodiversity and, as a result, the Life of their Territories.
I would like to quote one of my menthors, Carlo Petrini, Dominus of Slow Food and UniSG Bra, Pollenzo, whose most famous statement has been 'Chi semina utopia raccoglie realta' -He, who sows utopia, reaps reality!
