This policy explains how Renea Group, a. s. collects, uses and protects the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Renea Group, a. s., Ľ. Fullu 9/A, 841 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID 52168361. For any question regarding your personal data, write to us at info@enjoymarche.eu.

What data we collect and why

We collect only the data you give us yourself:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, chosen topic and your message. Used solely to read and answer your enquiry.
  • Route enquiry — your name, email, phone (optional), number of people, the route selected and an optional note. Used solely so that we can reply and advise you on the journey.
  • Shop order — your full name, email, phone, delivery (and where applicable billing) address and the list of items ordered. Used to process and deliver the order, send confirmations of the order and its status, and issue the tax document. Card details are processed exclusively by the payment gateway — we never have access to them.

We do not use your data for advertising or automated profiling, and we never sell it.

Legal basis

Data from the forms is processed in order to take steps at your request before providing a service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f)). Order data is processed to perform the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting ones (Art. 6(1)(c)). Where you give it, the basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

Cookies

This site uses only essential, technical cookies required for it to work and for form security (for example the session cookie and an anti-forgery token). It does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. Should we introduce analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first.

Who has access to your data

Your data is processed by Renea Group, a. s. and, as processors, by the providers who host this site and deliver our mail. For a shop order we also pass the necessary data to the carrier (name, address, phone, email — to deliver the parcel) and to the payment gateway operator (to process the payment), and we process it in our accounting system for bookkeeping.

How long we keep it

Data from the forms is kept only for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry. Order data and tax documents are kept for the period required by Slovak accounting law (10 years); once those periods expire the data is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data and to its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, as well as the right to object to processing; you may withdraw consent at any time. Exercise these rights by email at info@enjoymarche.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).

We may update this policy from time to time; the date below shows the most recent revision.
