To add some 'salt' to the day ...we will drive 45 km on the hills of Montefeltro where we will reach the small town of Carpegna. Here we will have a 2-hour guided tour at Palazzo dei Principi (see video) and we will eventually move to get taught the Art of creating Prosciutto di Carpegna DOP, one Italian real gem!
